Vendor Exhibit Information

At the 67th Annual SEATA Conference, vendors have the opportunity to exhibit their latest products and/or services to delegates from across the southeast. Vendor exhibits will be located in the corridor outside the general session rooms on level 2.

All booths will include one 6 ft. x 30 in. table for a single booth or two 6 ft. x 30 in. tables for a double booth, a table cloth for the table(s), and two chairs.

Booth Fees

Single Booth – $1,000 Single Booth – $1,500 Single Booth – $1,000
Double Booth – $1,250 Double Booth – $1,750 Double Booth – $1,250

Note: The above fee does not include delegate registration. All staff assigned to the exhibitor booths must register as the conference delegates.

Exhibitor Schedule

Sunday, July 9 – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for booth setup

Monday, July 10 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 11 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; booths must be taken down by 5:30 p.m.
